Full Stack Developer (Flutter+Python) - remote

Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Full Stack Developer (Flutter+Python) to work with a British company.

The project is the development of a software analogue for a new medical device.

The customer is a digital product development company founded in 2010. It is part of the AKQA Group and works with such companies as Google, Mozilla, Royal Bank of Scotland, BBC, Amazon Alexa, and Cambridge Audio. The company is WPP's lead agency for Voice for its Global Center of Excellence.

Tech stack on the project: Flutter, Python, Unity, gRPC, API, Git, Jira, Bitbucket, GitLab/GitHub.


Responsibilities:
- Writing idiomatic, productive, and maintainable code;
- Finding creative solutions to technical problems and user needs, and finding opportunities to optimize and simplify the software;
- Finding the right balance between perfection and delivery;
- Working in a friendly, self-organizing, cross-functional, Agile product team;
- Working closely with Designers and Product Leads.

Must-haves:
- Experience in creating mobile apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS;
- Experience using modern development tools (e.g. Git, Jira, Bitbucket, GitLab or GitHub, etc.);
- Experience with Python to build web services;
- Knowledge of Accessibility best practices;
- Experience building mobile interfaces for multiple languages;
- High-level knowledge of game engines such as Unity;
- Experience using or building gRPC interfaces;
- Experience launching high-quality digital products;
- An understanding of security vulnerabilities and how to prevent them;
- Experience building for performance and accessibility;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Appreciation of backend considerations such as API design;
- Knowledge of Unit Testing, QA tools and methodologies.
- Level of English – Intermediate.
