Sales Assistant/ Sales Representative

An international company in metallurgical waste sphere Smartscrap (founded in 2010) is looking for a Sales Representative in Poland (Krakow)
Main requirement: You have to contact clients on the daily base by phone and make trips to clients by your own car.
What we expect from you:
1. have a successful experience in sales;
2. Readiness for business trips, sociability.
3. Experience in CRM, an experienced PC and office software user.
4. The ability to quickly find the necessary information on the web, social networks, B2B platforms, as well as other open Internet sources;
5. Mandatory AVAILABILITY OF A CAR (traveling nature of work)
Functions
1. Sales:
Constant growth of personal sales indicators (revenue, sales volume, margin);
Constant growth in the number of customers;
Negotiating at all stages of the sales funnel:
Qualification;
Presentation;
Negotiations to close the deal;
Working with objections;
Conclusion of the contract
Control over the execution of the transaction;
Working with CRM
Entering complete and up-to-date information on all negotiations in CRM:
Customer cards;
Promotion of a deal through the sales funnel;
Entering information at each point of contact (call, meeting, email, messengers)
Participation in the development of strategic and tactical plans of the company;
Participation in workshops;
Maintenance of working and reporting documentation;
Conditions:
% of the margin profit, basic salary.
