Account Manager

Bads Agency team currently looking for a new team member - ACCOUNT MANAGER.

We are a young and ambitious team which makes high-quality advertising from different worldwile companies. Our team opened a new European branch in Warszawa. We are looking for new members in our modern office in the business part of the city.

Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with talents to make sure they fulfill content commitments for monthly content, as well as custom requests and make sure they are happy and successful;
- Be responsible for communication between talents and chat team- request transfering ;
- Daily monitoring of all accounts, chats and marketing campaigns, quality
assurance;
- Preparation of monthly P&L reports;
- Overview of all our marketing channels (sites, ppc team, shilling team);
- Sourcing talents and scheduling sales calls of marketing outbound and website
inbound or by chat, if it necessarily (according to guidance);
- Making weekly/monthly invoices for talents, manage and collect
partner’s payments.

The ideal candidate for our team Account Manager position:
✔ A passion for marketing and engaging customers.
✔ Methodical, with strong attention to detail.
✔ Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously - would be an advantage.
✔ Strong knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, etc.
✔ Demonstrate a good understanding of their client’s business and objectives, their market sector, and the marketing landscape.
✔ Proven ability to multi-task and manage several projects .
✔ Experience marketing technology.
✔ Confident and effective communicator.
✔ Strong English language skills.
✔ The Ukrainian language would be a great advantage.
