AML specialist, risk manager in Poland

Paynet LLC was founded in 2014 in the UAE, Dubai. It operates both in the UAE and throughout the Middle East and the GCC countries. It also has a number of IT products available to users around the world.

The company operates in the field of payment acceptance and digital services. All of the company's products are developed, maintained and developed independently. The IT cluster is divided into two groups: Dubai (support) and Kyiv (main).

Requirements:
To succeed in the role, you will have:
● 2+ years of relevant experience (compliance and/or MLR officer)
● 1+ year in a MLRO/compliance officer role in a fintech/crypto company
● Bachelor’s degree in law/compliance or a related field from an accredited institution (ACAMS, CISI or other certification is an advantage)
● Understanding of European regulations related to AML/CTF and KYC;
● Experience in managing compliance programmes at a financial services business and in process and systems design
● Experience working with KYCaid, SumSub, Chainalysis.
● Proven experience in communication with the regulator and another regulatory entity
